I gave the wrong address for the flowers (100%my fault ). Once the property owners there discovered the flowers had been sent to them in error, they advised Bloomeroo and they in turn notified me very quickly. It was impractical to collect the wrongly delivered flowers so Bloomeroo gave me favourable terms for replacement flowers and these were despatched to the correct address. Bloomeroo had also included chocolates, and a birthday balloon - this was a very pleasant surprise. Communication at all times was excellent - would definitely use Bloomeroo again .
