Refund policy

Advance orders
If you order flowers and choose to ‘send tomorrow or on a later date you accept that you will not see the style of flower posy until the day of delivery when it will be too late to change your order (unless we have the same style available all week). A new style of posy will be available each week or possibly each day depending on the availability of stock or seasonality.  If we encounter any supply issues we will inform the sender immediately and give the option of either a full refund or sending flowers on an alternative day.

Order Cancellations, Warranties & Refunds
Due to our quick turnaround times, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including ‘same day delivery’ orders. If a cancellation is requested prior to dispatch, we are happy to provide a store credit in line with our cancellation policy.

We are also unable to offer refunds where incorrect delivery information is provided. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. If an incorrect delivery address is supplied, we may be able to re-deliver your order, but this may incur an additional fee.

For advance orders, any cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled dispatch time. All approved cancellations will be issued as store credit only.

Every flower is unique, and some varieties are more delicate than others. You should expect your flowers to last a minimum of 3 days. If your flowers last less than this (excluding extreme temperature fluctuations), or if you are not happy with your order, please contact us immediately so we can do our best to make it right.

If you are unsatisfied with any add-ons, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and, where applicable, arrange a refund, store credit or replacement.
