With many of our warehouse locations based in some of Australia’s warmer regions - and the hotter months approaching - we’ve made a seasonal update to how we fulfil Next Day delivery orders.

From October through to February, all National and Next Day delivery orders will feature our beautiful, long-lasting native flower arrangements, replacing our usual seasonal selection.

This change helps ensure every bouquet arrives fresh, vibrant, and looking its best, even in higher temperatures — while still delivering the signature Bloomeroo wow factor our customers know and love.

Bloomeroo is an online florist and all of orders are handmade and delivered from our Bloomeroo staff in the state closest to your delivery location. We don't have a shop front for pick up, sorry! 

Our Bloomeroo warehouses are located in Sydney (Alexandria), Melbourne (Moorabbin), Brisbane (Moorooka), Adelaide (Beulah Park) and Perth (Welshpool).

We offer same-day flower and gift delivery, 7 days a week, across Melbourne, Geelong, the Mornington Peninsula, Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Perth and Fremantle.

For all other locations, we provide a next-day delivery service that generally arrives within 1–4 days, depending on demand with our third-party courier partners.

SAME DAY DELIVERY:

We offer same-day delivery with the following order cut-off times:

• Melbourne and Sydney: 4 PM (AEST) 

• Brisbane: 4PM (AEST)

• Adelaide: 4PM (ACST), 2PM on weekends (ACST)

• Perth: 4PM (AWST)

For regional areas including Geelong, Mornington Peninsula and Gold Coast, the usual cut-off time is 2PM AEST Monday to Friday and 1PM AEST on weekends. 

For regional NSW areas including Wollongong, and Central Coast, the usual cut-off time is 11AM AEST Monday to Friday and 1PM AEST on weekends. 

We deliver 7 days a week across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

A national delivery applies to any order going to a suburb outside of Sydney Metro, Melbourne Metro, Adelaide Metro, Brisbane Metro, Perth Metro, Geelong Metro, Mornington Peninsula, Wollongong, Central Coast and the Gold Coast. Please note, we are unable to deliver to the Northern Territory.

Our order cut-off time for all national postcodes is 2pm AEST for same-day dispatch and next-day delivery.

Delivery timeframes:While 98% of national deliveries arrive within one working day, delivery can take up to three working days depending on our courier partners. Please keep this in mind when selecting your preferred delivery date.

We deliver to most cities, suburbs, and regional areas Australia-wide. National orders typically arrive on weekdays (Monday–Friday) and are not usually delivered on weekends.

All national orders are shipped in our custom-designed flower box, which keeps your posy hydrated and protected during transit. Please note we cannot send plants or large arrangements via national delivery.

School Delivery: 

Same-day orders for schools need to be placed before 11AM to guarantee delivery before the end of the school day.

Business Delivery:

Same-day orders for businesses need to be placed before 11AM to guarantee delivery before the end of a business day at 5PM.

Residential Delivery Hour:

All other residential deliveries need to be placed by 4PM and will be completed by 9PM.

Tips for Delivery On Times:

If you were hoping to send to a school or business and it is after the above cut-off times, we suggest entering a residential address instead or ordering for tomorrow to ensure it arrived on times.

Our order cut off time for all national post codes is 2PM AEST for dispatch the same-day and delivery next day.

Unfortunately we cannot accept orders through phone at the moment but we are exploring the possibility to do just that in the near future.

If you’ve got a discount code you’d like to use, you can enter it in the discount box at the payment page.

If you’re having trouble getting your code to work be sure to check the terms and conditions of your offer and the expiration date, or you can contact our Customer Support for any inquiries. Remember you can only use one coupon at a time!

Unfortunately, if you forget to add a code we cannot refund this retrospectively.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amexcard, and PayPal for payments.

Currently we only offer flower bouquets / arrangements options found on our website. However, we appreciate any suggestions if you would like to see type of bouquet or flower being offered in our website. Simply suggest it in the live chat and we will strive to add it to our collection as soon as possible.

You may cancel your order at least 24 hours (one day) before your intended delivery date, and we will issue a store credit for the value of your order.   Please note that store credits will be applied to the email address associated with your original purchase and can be used for future orders. Store credits cannot be refunded to your original payment method and are non-transferable.

We're unable to accept delivery time requests at the moment.

The good news is you’ll receive an email or sms when your order is out for delivery with a tracking link (same-day delivery locations only) so you can check the estimated time of your delivery.

Orders are not delivered on a first ordered, first delivered basis. Our drivers take a number of gifts with them at a time and their routes are optimised based on clustered postcodes and completing their runs as fast as possible, prioritising schools and businesses where we can.

We are based in Moorabbin (VIC), Alexandria (NSW), Moorooka (QLD) Beulah Park (SA) and Welshpool (WA) –  typically the further away from these suburbs the later the delivery.

When selecting a delivery date, you may notice certain dates grayed out or unavailable. This could be due to several reasons:

a) Delivery Days: We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays for national or outer-state orders, nor on Sundays in the Adelaide metro area. Additionally, no deliveries are available on Good Friday, ANZAC Day, and Christmas Day.
b) Order deadline/cut-off: If you've missed our 2PM or 5PM order cut-off, the date will be grayed out, and the calendar will automatically select the next available delivery date.
c) Processing Time: Some orders require additional processing time depending on whether they are shipped via overnight or same-day delivery services.
d) Inventory: If we've sold out of posies for your selected date and location, the calendar will automatically default to the next available delivery date.

If you have a store credit with us, it’s automatically linked to the email address used on your original order.   To use your store credit:

1. Add your chosen products to cart and proceed to checkout.
2. On the checkout page, click Log in.
3. Enter the email address your store credit was issued to.
4. A one-time code will be sent to your email — enter this code to validate your login.
5. Once logged in, your store credit will appear as a payment option near the credit card section at checkout.
6. Select the store credit to apply it to your order and complete checkout.

If your order total exceeds your store credit balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.   A few important things to note:  

• Store credit can only be used when you’re logged in to the correct account/email.
• Store credit is automatically linked and cannot be transferred to another email address.
• Store credit does not expire unless otherwise stated.
• If your order total is less than your available credit, the remaining balance will stay on your account for future use.

Our flower bouquets come in three sizes – Medium, Large, and Luxe. We also have two premium flower bouquets. The difference in size is as follows:

Medium Bouquet – total arrangement height 25cm approx

Large Bouquet – total arrangement height 35cm approx

Luxe Bouquet – total arrangement height 45cm approx

Premium Bouquet – total arrangement height 75cm approx

Please note: all measurements are approximate and do not include paper wrapping or ribbon dimensions. Pictures of bouquets are for reference only.

 

Bloomeroo flowers are all freshly designed and arranged, so on average they will last between 3-7 days provided that you follow our care instructions. Some arrangements will last up to 2 weeks or even longer only if proper care is given to maintain freshness. Different flowers naturally have differing lifespans but we try to always include varieties that we’re sure will last the distance.

To know more about caring for your flowers, here’s our top tips:

-Remove the wet-wrapped foam and compost bag and trim the stems about 1-2 inches. - Fill your vase with water and try and place them in an area that is out of harsh direct sunlight, but gets enough natural light. - Change the water every few days. - Enjoy your beautiful blooms!

The flowers, fillers, and foliage in our bouquets come to us in different shapes, sizes, and stages of bloom. Our florists will always do their best to replicate the pictures seen on our website and social media. Rest assured that even if the arrangement you received is slightly different, it have been arranged with utmost care and attention.

Great question! Here’s a few tips and tricks that you can try to keep your flowers living longer.

– Remove all lower leaves from flowers so they aren’t in the water
– Trim the stems regularly
– Change the water every other day
– Avoid direct sunlight and choose a draft-free area
– Add a tablespoon of sugar to the water. The sugar will help nourish the flowers and promote opening of the blooms
– If you really want to get the most out of your posy, pop them in the fridge overnight! Flowers like to stay nice and cool and it’s thought the low temps help slow the ageing.

Whilst our dedicated floristry team take great care not to use flowers that are known to be lethal in toxicity to pets, occasionally your pet might have a reaction to a flower that may leave them feeling unwell.  We always recommend to keep flowers out of reach from both pets and children to avoid any averse effects.

To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report your case the soonest upon delivery of your flowers and is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Customer Support team. The flowers should also remain the same way as delivered. When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the defective product, and reasons on why are you requesting for a return or refund. In all other cases, it is the responsibility of the recipient to care for the flowers once it has been delivered. If refund take place, the refund process will take 3-5 working days. 

Yes, we do charge delivery fees for orders based on the delivery distance. The delivery cost will be added to your order during the checkout process and the price you pay is determined by the delivery postcode you enter.

We deliver Australia wide, with the exception of the Northern Territory. We also cannot send flowers or plants to Tasmania due to strict bio security requirements. 

We provide a same day gift delivery service across Melbourne, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, Fremantle. 

For all postcodes outside of the areas listed above, we offer national next day delivery Mon - Fri.

Unfortunately we're currently unable to dispatch orders to the Northern Territory.

Once your order has been scanned and dispatched from the Bloomeroo warehouse, we’ll send you an email or SMS with an estimated delivery window. Please note that our drivers are out picking up orders until 5:15 PM, so notifications may be sent out by then.

If you haven’t received a notification, please check that your mobile number and email address were entered correctly in your order confirmation. If everything is correct and you still haven’t received a notification, please contact our customer support team at hello@bloomeroo.com.au.

You will receive an SMS and email notification once your gift has left the Bloomeroo warehouse, including an estimated delivery window. Please note that this is a guideline, as our couriers handle multiple deliveries and their route may be impacted by weather, traffic, or other delivery challenges.

You will receive a final SMS and email notification when your gift has been successfully delivered.

Our flowers are delivered by our partner delivery logistic and our drivers are trained in transporting delicate goods such as flowers. Therefore, we know how to make sure that the flowers will arrive just like the florist has designed them.

Just a side note, for orders that comes with vase and other add-ons, your delivery package are place in a gift box, to ensure items are not missed out during delivery.

For deliveries outside metro areas, a national delivery fee ranging from $20.95 to $24.95 applies. All orders are packaged in our custom-designed flower box to ensure your flowers stay hydrated and secure during transit.

While 98% of national deliveries arrive within one business day, please allow up to 3 business days depending on the location and our courier partners. We currently partner with AusPost/StarTrack for outer-state deliveries and will do our best to meet your chosen delivery date. In some cases, if delivery faces challenges, the order may be redirected to a nearby post office for collection. Our courier team will keep you informed of any updates regarding your delivery.

We have a contactless delivery policy in place. This means wherever possible there should be no direct contact between drivers and customers.

Our delivery drivers have been briefed as follows: Where safe, drivers will leave gifts and flowers at the front door of residential addresses or at the main entrance of commercial addresses.

Drivers will still alert gift recipients by knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell and are still required to ask and confirm the recipient’s name. Other driver policies in place include:

• Drivers are no longer required to obtain a customer signature as proof of delivery. They have been asked to provide a photo of the flowers/gifts as proof of delivery.

• All drivers will be required to thoroughly wash and sanitise hands at the start and end of every shift. As well as sanitising hands in between deliveries and drop-offs.

As soon as your delivery has left Bloomeroo HQ we’ll send you an email and SMS notification with an estimated delivery window. Our drivers are picking up orders right up until 5.15PM so you may not receive your notification until then. Didn’t receive a notification?
