Same-day delivery 7-days a week in Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast, Melbourne, Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Perth, Fremantle.
Same-day in eleven metro areas, next-day nationally. Enter a postcode and we'll tell you what today actually looks like - the cut-off for that suburb, how long you have left, and what delivery costs.
Same-day runs out from each metro to the cities beside it. Everything striped is next-day. This is the honest split, state by state.
Same-day in Sydney, Wollongong and on the Central Coast. Next-day everywhere else in the state, Canberra and the ACT included.
Same-day in Melbourne, Geelong and on the Mornington Peninsula. Next-day across regional Victoria.
Same-day in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast. Next-day north to Cairns and out west.

Next-day, non-floral. Biosecurity rules mean fresh stems can't cross the border - the gift range can.
We don't deliver here yet. An e-gift card is the reliable way to send something today.
Grouped by state, with each area’s weekday cut-off beside it.
Sending somewhere that isn’t listed? Check the postcode - most of the 9,500+ suburbs we reach don’t have a page of their own.
One national deadline would be tidier to print and wrong for a good part of the country. These are the real ones, in local time. If you only need yours, the checker gives you that one number.

Outside the same-day areas we deliver next-day to every state except the Northern Territory. Order by 2PM and it leaves the workshop that afternoon. Next-day can’t carry everything: the most delicate stems stay inside same-day areas, so the range narrows to arrangements built to travel.
Biosecurity rules on plant material entering Tasmania mean we can’t send fresh stems there. What we can send is the non-floral range - chocolate, candles, hampers, cards - next-day, statewide.
Gifts that include champagne or wine need an adult over 18 to sign for them, with ID if the driver asks. We can’t leave them at the door, in a safe place or with a neighbour, and we can’t deliver them to a school. If nobody’s there, the driver takes them back and we’ll get in touch to rebook.
Metro orders never enter general freight. No depot, no overnight sort, no parcel cage. A driver who handles flowers and nothing else collects from the workshop and drives to the door - and you can watch it happen.
Nothing sits in a cooler waiting for a courier. Your arrangement is built after you order, from that morning’s stems.
Metro orders go to drivers who carry flowers and nothing else - direct from the workshop, no general-freight depot in the middle.
You get live tracking the moment it leaves, so you know where it is without having to ask us.
A photo of where it was left, or a name if someone signed. If anything looks wrong in that photo, tell us and we’ll fix it.
If anything about your delivery isn’t 100% perfect, our Customer Delight team will go the extra mile to make it right.
This is not a policy filed away in a footer. Tell us, and we put it right - a fresh delivery, a redirect, a refund, whatever the day actually needs. Five years of doing exactly that is what lets us promise it.
We need the hospital name, the ward, and the patient’s full name as admitted - a room number helps but wards move people. Most hospitals accept flowers at reception rather than at the bed. Some wards, including intensive care and oncology, don’t permit fresh flowers at all; if that’s where you’re sending, a non-floral gift is the safer choice.
This is common, and we plan for it. The hospital won’t forward flowers, so the delivery comes back to us. Call us and we’ll redeliver to a home address at no extra charge - that’s covered by the guarantee, not treated as a failed delivery.
The card message is yours and we print it exactly as written. Our driver won’t announce what’s in the box or who it’s from at the door. If you’d rather the delivery be quiet - no doorbell, left with reception - put that in the delivery notes and we’ll follow it.
Talk to a person before you order
If the timing has to be right, call us. We’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it, and what to send if we can’t.
A dedicated driver, a van that carries only flowers, no freight depot in the middle, and live tracking from the workshop to the doorstep. That’s the whole cost, and it’s the reason the flowers arrive looking like they did when they were made.
A dedicated floral driver, direct from the workshop, tracked to the door. No freight depot, no overnight sort. A few outer-metro suburbs sit at $24.95 - the checker shows the price for the postcode you enter.
Longer distance, express handling and cold-chain packing so the arrangement travels overnight and still opens well.
Yes, in the eleven metro areas listed above, seven days a week. Order before your area's cut-off and it's delivered that day by a driver who leaves the workshop with your flowers in the van.
Your order simply rolls to the next delivery day and you can choose the date at checkout. The checker tells you which day it would land on.
We can't promise a window - drivers run routes, and a fixed time would mean a promise we'd break. If timing genuinely matters, call the Customer Delight team on (02) 7259 8209 before you order and we'll tell you what's realistic.
For most orders the driver leaves them in a safe, shaded spot and photographs where. Anything containing alcohol is different: an adult has to sign, so if nobody's there it comes back with the driver and we'll contact you to rebook.
Biosecurity rules restrict plant material entering the state. Rather than send stems that might be held or destroyed at the border, we send the non-floral gift range there instead.
Tell us and we'll make it right - a fresh delivery, a redirect or a refund, whichever fits. That's the guarantee, and there's no argument attached to it.
Fast, beautiful flowers guaranteed - to 9,500+ suburbs, seven days a week.
