Flowers were smaller than the online photo. Colours were not the same. Advertised Apple Pay but when it comes time to pay, no Apple Pay?? … flowers were delivered on time.

I don't think the flowers ordered match those that were delivered. Also, requested a 9:30 delivery (for a funeral) and a phone call if this couldn't be actioned. Received an email after 9:30 saying that it wouldn't be delivered until after 11:30 at which time it was already too late. Reassured that there was a funeral being held at time of delivery and reassured that flowers were delivered to "Gaynor". Who knows whether or not it was the same funeral service, or who Gaynor was, or if the family had even gotten it.
