I was asked to pay the delivery fee again, even though I stated in delivery options that the flowers could stay out in the veranda/sheltered area - a shaded area. I spoke to one staff member via email who wasn't helpful - but when I called the office, the other member of staff was very helpful and sorted everything.
It's not the financial issue, I left instructions in the delivery instructions section on the order. The delivery team needs more common sense in my opinion, take a photo and leave somewhere safe. All resolved thankfully to that staff member.
