I ordered & paid for 2 teddies .
Only one was delivered . No refund has come . A house with 2 children needs 2 teddies . I find it strange that payment can be processed for 2 but delivery cannot be arranged. If customer satisfaction was important to the company they would have delivered the second teddy when the error was notified or at least refunded the cost . The same thing happened last year with Bloomex which may well be the same firm .
