My friend sent me a photo of the flowers, and I was very disappointed, she loves roses. I really like the mixture of roses, greenery etc in your advertisement, however, unlike the advertisement she only received one rose. I do believe, if you are unable to meet the advertisement and substitute greenery for the flowers you make the client aware so they can make another choice. My friend was very pleased that the flowers were fresh and lasted a long time.
